Zip's Drive In

What can I say about this Zips location? Solid 5 stars due to my drive thru and customer service experience. I highly recommend their fish and chips, burgers and fries. Best of all their Huckleberry shake is phenomenal as treat. And don't get me started on the fry sauce! Highly recommend them!

This location has definitely gone downhill. I’m not sure if it was sold to new owners, but the customer service used to be amazing and now it’s nothing. Food quality and accuracy is also going downwards. Mistakes made on the food and they took the phone off the hook and had a full mailbox so you can’t even leave a message. It just shows they don’t want feedback or to talk to their customers. The “manager” on duty that I had to interact with was rude and dismissive. Reached out to corporate with no response. Zips is not what it used to be.

Her management really shows in the amazing service. Plus, she even gave my dog a piece of bacon one time! It's the little things that make a difference.

I was in town visiting a friend and she suggested we go to Zip's. She had a plain double cheeseburger and I had the shrimp & fry basket. What a waste of $12. Overcooked shrimp that I believe were fried twice to warm them up. They were super greasy and bitter tasting.You could tell the fries had been sitting around for a while, they were chewy and tough. Super disappointed. I won't be back. My friend's burger was pretty good, thankfully she was willing to share.

We ordered our meal, I got a Papa Joe and fries with fry sauce. The burger was fine, but the fries tasted like grease and were cold, also the fry sauce cups were only filled half, to a little less than half full. When I asked for extra because of that they said they would have to charge me. I took a pic of the sauce cup, I had not used it at this point, I had only took the lid off. For how expensive it was I was very disappointed.
