Zip's Drive In

I got zips today. I usually don't eat out because it's expensive. But I decided to treat my kids. The hamburger had a giant piece of hair in it. It's not sanitary and it definitely violates health and safety regulations. This is very disappointing and disgusting. This is very easy to prevent with basic hygiene and health regulations that should be enforced anyway. I will never eat at the zips ever again due to the uncleanliness, unhealthy, and health risks. This is the only thing that I saw could have even worse conditions inside this establishment I'm not aware of.

ZERO STARS on customer service I Came through drive-through I ordered a tub of fries and 2 burgers The food was great. But I came up to the cashier And it was My husband’s ex Shelby, and she went out of her way to completely ruin the experience And when I went to go get the food from the pick up window she ran up and left the Register she also Brought her boyfriend that was the cook at the time Up to the pick up window with her and They were both extremely rude And extremely unprofessional will never come here again due to that because if she would’ve acted professional I probably wouldn’t Of cared, but it was completely unprofessional

We went to zips we ordered chicken strips (6) 3 cheeseburgers a bucket of Taylor’s and fries with 4 chocolate chakra this cost $86.00 I was sparked at this I’m not sure but I think I was scammed at register they charged us we will not go back I just got the same from DQ and it was $30.00. Word of mouth is the best advertisement I have been letting everyone know what the prices were on my receipt.

Burger was decently priced. Got the bacon burger meal. Came with krinkel fries and a drink. Shared some onion rings. Overall nice burger spot.

My family and I Have been loyal customers for 20years, and being told I HAVE to order before being allowed to use the bathroom, like some animal infuriated me. You lost loyal customers today, your food costs more than some competition, but I try to support local businesses. But this treatment of a paying customer like he was some trash that needed to be vetted before using a bathroom is the end.
