Zito's Tavern

Cozy little place with excellent food! I ordered Chicken parmesan with linguini and it was absolutely delicious. My wife also enjoyed her Penne with broccoli. For dessert we had to have the funnel cake because I have never seen that at a restaurant dessert list. I usually can only get that during the Mt. Carmel Festival in Hammonton. I wasn't disappointed, it was very good. We keep forgetting about this place but will surely be back. The server was very nice and friendly.

So far, I haven't been disappointed with any of their food. Their waitresses are always nice. Prices are reasonable. I will be back for more of their food and booze.

I pass this place all the time and then heard very good things about it so I decided to stop. Small inside but the waitress/ bartender was very friendly and pleasant. I sat at the bar and was waited on immediately. During my visit the place continued to fill up. Many were regulars. I ordered the chicken parmigiana and it was an enormous cutlet and the best I ever had. I wound up eating just a little and took the rest home and got 2 more meals out of it. Highly recommended

For years I have wanted to try this place and just never think of it when it comes time to pick where to eat. Last night, we gave it our first try and we are so glad we finally made it in. We were greeted immediately (by staff and other guests) and it was a small but intimate space to eat a great dinner, reasonable prices, and just have a nice evening. I'm grateful for small, local businesses like this and while I'm sorry I haven't been in before, I will certainly be back.
