Zona Pho (83rd Ave)

I eat here at least once a week, and it never disappoints. The food is always so delicious, but the fried rice is my favorite. It honestly brings back childhood memories from a spot I used to go to when I was younger. Every bite feels nostalgic and comforting. If you like good pho and amazing fried rice, this place is definitely worth trying.

The pho is pretty awesome for the price when it was discounted at $8 during the summer. Everything else I have ordered has been pretty substandard. The Banh Mi was really hard and small. Taste was bland. I just ordered the Pad Thai and they came out with the largest plate of bean sprouts ive ever seen. Literally 1/2 of the plate was covered in bean sprouts, 1/4 cabbage, and the rest noodles and beef. Was extremely disappointing. Service is pretty good, but the quality of food is lacking. Will not be returning.

Gave this place shot after shot. Should’ve learned from the absolutely terrible service. My family and I went in today for dinner. When we got there the waitress said it was a 20 min wait and we were totally good to wait. We ordered two steak pho and some veggie rolls. She did mention the pho would be 20 min wait but the rolls would be out soon. After 1 hour of no eye contact and no checking in we still hadn’t gotten our food. After going up to ask the server said our ticket hadn’t printed but that it was in the queue now. And she walked away to make sure they prioritized it…. She came back and said they are working on other orders but that they would get to ours soon. How incompetent can you be to not prioritize and actively work on the customers you have had waiting for the past hour.
