Zugoi Asian Cuisine (Sushi, Ramen, Chinese)

Don't judge this place based off the parking lot! I know how sketchy it looks, but inside is cute. And the food was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed the Bulgogi Beef, California Rolls, Dragon Roll... But the most incredible was the Golden California Roll. The sweet sauce was amazing, and if you dip in soy sauce, you're in for a flavor explosion. 10/10 recommend. Miso soup, and a green salad were complimentary. Happy hour goes until 6pm, so prices were right. Food was amazing. We will return, and you should too!

If I could review less than one star I would. Came in at 8:15 on 1/12 for a quick dinner. We did not feel welcome from the beginning. We ordered quickly and were finished eating by 8:49. The waitress was extremely rude— rushing us, picking up the empty bill and telling us they close in ten minutes. Waiting by the booth with the cleanup cart as we were trying to collect our items. The sashimi tasted strong, cheap, and fishy. The rolls were very mid. Totally bill was $56. Beyond not worth the price— do yourself a favor and pick up sushi from the grocery stores the quality will be better and you’ll avoid the abhorrent service.

Me and my family just moved out to Mesa and we loooove sushi. This place is amazing. From the complimentary soup and salad, to the freshness of the rolls. We’ve already come back twice and we will keep coming back!

To start off I will admit that this kind of food is not necessarily my favorite nor am I an expert of any kind when it comes to Ramen, Rolls or Sushi. However my wife loves it. So the the restaurant was very clean, the bathrooms were as well. Our waitress was prompt and friendly. We ordered some appetizers, a roll, Ramen and a plate. Everything was very good. There is a huge parking lot. If you were in a large vehicle, pulling a trailer or in a R.V. you would not have any issue getting around. We will be coming back.

Valentine’s Day walk-in. Absolutely blown away and it is my new favorite sushi place. The woman (whom I assume is the owner, she was moving so fast I didn’t get her name!) whom served us was great, friendly and cared about her line of work when it comes to service. The food is actually bomb too! 100% will be supporting this locally owned business again.
