Visited this cute gem during a rainy day with my team and we scored! This comfortable, cozy spot not only have awesome coffee and great music but they're staff is friendly and welcoming. Their menu is all you should need for your coffee fix. We had the mazapan latte, signature latte, & espresso. We'll be back!

Unico is such a great find along 30th, a little hidden gem that you can find going down the alley. they actually open at 10am (not 1pm as listed on Google), which was a nice surprise. the service is friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is relaxed and dog friendly, and the coffee is excellent. I recommend the mazapán latte with an extra shot, it’s delicious and perfectly balanced. a new favorite spot for sure.

Excellent coffee, only had a few minutes to grab and go. But when I have more time, I will definitely be returning. My wife and I got the abuelita and mazapán flavor, and it was excellent, good balance of sweetness and coffee for both lattes We got. The owners sister helped us out and was very friendly! Told us a little about the Gorgeous Slayer they had on hand and about who is providing there beans! Gotta Love Compa Coffee and Único!

New small coffee shop in the alley along 30th - nice shaded outdoor area with fans - cool even on a warm day. Their menu is small, but their coffee drinks are delicious! We tried the honey cold brew and the abuelita iced latte - both were very flavorful and not too sweet. No charge for non-dairy milk. I wish they had non-disposable cups as an option, but otherwise we will definitely be back.

Love this place!! So so so good. The honey cold brew is next level. We also got the vanilla latte which was yummy too. The vibe is super chill and relaxed and the barista? Owner? Guy running the counter? Is awesome. Super genuine and kind. Will definitely be back
