My partner can't eat gluten or eggs, so finding a bakery that actually makes things they can eat is exciting. We tried the kalo brownie and pumpkin spice cookies, both were delicious with great flavors and texture.
This is not a bakery, this is literally a lucite display case the size of medium Amazon box inside of a coffee shop. This shouldn't even be listed as a standalone business - they're simply a supplier of baked goods for a coffee shop. I spent $10 on Uber to drive here because I have Celiac disease and needed a gluten-free meal and saw this listed as a gluten-free bakery online. I called ahead and it went straight to voicemail so I figured they were busy with customers. I arrived and they had a single bag of a 6 pack of cookies and two "muffins" for sale. That's it. It was 1:30 PM, how are they already sold out? Even if it was full, 4 options - 1 type of bread, mini muffins, 1 type of cookie and 1 type of brownie is hardly a "bakery." Fantastic spot for coffee or tea lovers! Their banana bread is a must-try - incredibly moist and bursting with flavor. Perfect for socializing or getting work done - great vibe
they have the best delicious Matcha infused with Hawaiian style produce.. You could take pictures , you might be surprise the memory of Hawaii look .. genuine vintage items to appreciate while waiting for your drinks
If you are lucky enough to stumble upon these baked goods somewhere in Hawaii, you are lucky! They feel clean, not too sweet, and somehow are both vegan AND gluten-free. Oh and DELICIOUS! To top it off, by using canoe plants as her primary ingredients, she is uplifting these incredible and lesser-known plants and making her community proud!
