A very unique hot pot experience! The soup base is made with tea, which gives it a rich and aromatic flavor without being heavy. The broth is surprisingly deep and comforting. The meat was extremely fresh and absorbed the soup really well, very flavorful with every bite. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Definitely a great place if you want something different from traditional hot pot. I’d happily come back again.

The meat was fresh and good quality, and the vegetables were excellent. One highlight was the crown daisy — they removed all the tough stems, which is something I rarely see at other hot pot restaurants. A small detail, but very thoughtful. For the soup base, you can choose a dual pot or a three-section pot. The spicy broth allows you to select the spice level, but even the mildest option was still quite spicy for me. This was also the consensus when I came with coworkers. What makes it unique is that the spicy broth is made with brewed tea instead of water or stock. When ordering, they bring out five different tea leaves for you to smell and choose from. I’ve tried jasmine tea before and oolong tea this time — both were excellent. We ordered Yang Zhi Gan Lu as our drink. The flavor was de

Pretty good place and a novel break from typical hotpot. You need to keep some things to consideration to make it a five-star experience for yourself. First off, nothing besides the carbs and sliced meats are worth it. The dragon fruit shrimp paste is fairly indistinguishable from the regular shrimp paste besides them giving you even less shrimp. The enoki mushrooms weren't even at their peak but they charged 50% the price of meat for them. In fact, none of the mushrooms are worth it, portion-wise. The osmanthus oolong was our favorite meat. Jasmine oolong was out of stock or else that would likely have taken the crown. In terms of stock, the house Chongqing beef tallow was the table's favorite. Followed by the Jasmine tomato then the Yunnan chicken and mushroom. You pick the tea which wil

Absolutely loved this hot pot place! The ingredients were incredibly fresh, especially the meats and vegetables, and the broth options were rich and flavorful without being overwhelming. The dipping sauce bar was well stocked and customizable, which really elevated the whole experience. Service was attentive and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. Perfect for both family dinners and gatherings with friends. Will definitely be back!

* When I entered the restaurant, I told the receptionist I was here for a Yelp event. The receptionist responded by saying he had no clue what I was talking about. Luckily, there was a Yelp event page QR code right next to him. So I said I’m here for this event. * Then he asked for my name, and told me he could not find my name on the guest list. He said they were trying to choose white people for this event. * I showed him my confirmation email. Then he said, the person who is in charge of this event is not here today. He then went on to make a call. After the call, he said why don’t you just sit down “for now.” * Nobody asked me what I wanted to drink when I sat down. * Nobody asked if I’ve been here before or if I needed an introduction to the menu or how things work. * I had to stand u
