I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this store. The male staff member had a terrible attitude—rude, dismissive, and even mocked customers. With such behavior, it’s hard to imagine how this business is still running. No wonder some of the “good” reviews mention great service—probably written by friends and family to cover up the reality. If you value respect and decent customer service, I strongly advise avoiding this place. A store like this is bound to shut down sooner or later—better sooner than later, so they stop mistreating customers. If there were a 0-star option, I wouldn’t even give them one. Absolutely disgraceful！

Small family owned business. The owner, Raymond, is an outgoing and very hard working man. Sometimes he forgets some of the projects he takes on, but he definitely makes sure to get them done at a reasonable time and gives good pricing. I've witnessed crazy impatient people here, but please note this company appears to only have about 2 office staff, 1 upholstery staff, and 2 fabrication staff. They also do banners, vinyl, channel letter business signs and traditional Chinese mural paintings too. Please also note that the staff here aren't fluent in English, so more patience is a must to avoid frustration.

There are so much variety of kitchen tools here! The staff is also very friendly. I highly reccomend this place!
