老高烧烤洛杉矶店 Gao's BBQ & Crab LA

Came here on a whim and so glad that I did! This place was so delicious! Everything is delicious but especially the Dan Dan Mian , Lamb and cabbage skewers. Service was good, ambience was nice. And the bathrooms had some quality toilet paper! For my kids they also got the free meal, which is always a nice touch. Food comes out cooked and put in a food warmer. Everything about my experience here was amazing: seated quickly, food came out at a good time, everything I needed was at the table, ordered the food from my phone, etc. Kid friendly, most food has a bit of spice but there were a few that didn't.. so ask about that if you can't handle spice. The spice level is also very low, but that's subjective. Anyways you will enjoy the noodles! Eat it!!

This place absolutely nails it. The skewers are perfectly grilled. Its juicy on the inside with that slightly crispy, smoky char on the outside. Service is friendly and quick, and I really liked the atmosphere/decor. It has a relaxed, casual vibe that makes it easy to hang out. The UI for ordering was confusing at first but after ordering a couple times it was easy to navigate.

We waited over 30 minutes for our order, and when the skewers finally arrived, they were lukewarm and overcooked. The meat was dry, tough, and difficult to chew or swallow, which took away from what should have been a flavorful BBQ experience. Given the long wait time and the food quality, it didn’t feel worth it. Sadly, this was my first visit and will likely be my last.

So delicious! My favorite is the big lamb skewers. The meats are tender and juicy. The place feels cozy with music. Great spot to enjoy with family or friend! Highly recommend.

The meat was fresh and tasty. It was not too salty and not too dry. I liked the beef the most because it was soft and juicy. The service was nice. The staff were friendly and helped us when we needed it. The restaurant was clean and comfortable.
