饺好运 Dumpling Day

This is my most favorite restaurant. Not only delicious, but also healthy! No deep frying, no greesy dishes, most dishes are steamed, stewed or boiling. My favorite buns are: Shepherd Purse with Pork buns Special Osmanthus fragrance Red Bean Bun My favorite wonton: Korean cabbage pork wonton soup My favourite specialties: Preserved Egg Shrimp Sausage Marinated Beef Shank House Soecial Smoked Chicken Leg The restaurant staff are super friendly, they make me feel at home.

This restaurant is a relatively new addition to the Pacific East Mall in Albany. We finally had a chance to check it out recently but were somewhat disappointed. The owner was friendly, however the food was fairly bland and a bit overpriced for what it offered. With many better dining options nearby, we don’t plan to return.

I highly recommend this spot! We stopped by here and got the spicy beef noodle soup and shrimp, chive, and egg dumplings. Everything was so good and reminded me of food that I’ve had in China. The people who work here are super nice as well. You can watch them fold dumplings by hand, the way it should be done.

Got dinner here with my family, everything was so good! Ordered pork xiao long bao, mini pan fried pork bun, golden fish noodle soup and the squash egg and shrimp dumplings. Our favorite is the mini pan fried pork bun. Ordered takeout a few days after, food was hot and packed well. Very satisfied.

Xaoi long bao was really good here, soupy, filling was succulent and tasted fresh, and the skin held together really well. We also enjoyed the pan fried pork and cabbage potstickers and wonton soup. My kids loved it. The setting is no frills, and I had trouble placing my order with the QR code, but the staff were sweet and helpful. I also liked seeing the woman behind the counter making fresh dumplings. We’ll definitely be back!
