I am very disappointed in this company. First order - they didn't have stock on the rolls. Okay. Things happen. They called to let me know and apologized. I was so impressed with the call as who does that. I told the guy the guy to just wait to ship everything directly on Monday. He asked if I would be home as I live in Florida and they ship it frozen. I said I will NOT be home on Wednesday and what did they do, they shipped it to arrive on Wednesday. They ship it frozen but with NO ice, nothing. just paper. What is wrong with them?!!!!! The bread starts thawing once they put it in the box and then I wait most of the day in a Fed Ex truck for it to be delivered so of course it arrived thawed. So now no gift for my step-mom and never got to try it. Do Not buy from this com

123sourdpugh is truly a gem in Pound Ridge! The bread is absolutely amazing — real sourdough with the perfect balance of taste and texture. You can tell right away that they use high-quality ingredients, and every bite reflects the care that goes into making it. Beyond the bread, they also offer incredible matcha, delicious sandwiches, Asian-inspired bites, and other tasty products that make it hard to leave empty-handed. On top of that, the people who work there are incredibly friendly and kind. For me, that says a lot about the place: when employees are proud of what they’re selling, you know the product is something special. If you’re looking for authentic sourdough, unique treats, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere — this is the spot!

Stunning store, best bread I've ever had. The flavors are so good

Super friendly staff. I was interested in the difference between the 3 loaves they had yesterday and the lady was so nice and knowledgeable explaining what I'd get in terms of taste and texture between the 3 different ancient grains(or combo thereof) in the loaves. Needless to say I bought a loaf, which was delicious. I also ordered a daily special sandwich which was great. Would absolutely recommend a stop if you're in the area, I'll definitely be coming back.

Great fresh baked bread. Need to get there early before they run out for the day. Highly recommend!
