Abbington Green Bed & Breakfast Inn and Spa

We can’t recommend Abbington Green for your stay in Asheville enough. The staff is so lovely with great local recommendations. We stayed for 3 nights and each breakfast was better than the last. And make sure to grab some of the delicious homemade baked goods!! The room was cozy and well supplied with pillows, coffee, water, toiletries, and entertainment. Abbington Green is tucked into a lovely neighborhood, but an easy walk to downtown Asheville (or a short uber!). We will be back!

Cherie & Dean are the perfect innkeepers. They have an attention for detail and it shows in their loverly B&B. They are accommodating if you have dietary restrictions for breakfast, and the 5 o'clock happy hour with a cheese plate is a nice touch. Rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. Our room had a gas fireplace and jacuzzi tub. Treat yourself to a stay here. You won't regret it. We've been to many B&B's and Abbington Green ranks up there with the best.

We had a terrific birthday getaway to Abbington Green. This 110 yr + old home has been a BnB since 1993. Dean and Cherie are friendly, thoughtful hosts who took ownership about 5 yrs ago. Our room was so comfortable with our own bath and a fireplace we enjoyed every day. Great cooked breakfasts, happy hours, pastries and coffee available 24/7, and all the comforts you might want from a BnB. Good value and located in a beautiful neighborhood just minutes from downtown Asheville. We’d definitely visit again!

The innkeepers, Cherie and Dean, are very welcoming and friendly. Our room (St James Park) was large and very comfortable. The inn is located just a short drive from many wonderful downtown Asheville restaurants. We especially enjoyed the inn’s evening social hour complete with wine and a cheese plate. Breakfast was excellent as well. This was our first time staying at Abbington Green but hopefully won’t be our last.

Thw Abington Green experience was exceptional.  Dean, our host, welcomed us warmly & gave us a pleasant overview of Abington Green and all of the things handy to know about the TVs, Fireplace,  soaker tub & shower, etc.  The property inside and out is imaculately clean and well maintained.  The Decor throughout the Inn is very well done, our room seemed especially so. There is a wecoming friendly informality by the host and housekeeping staff; sincere morning and evening greetings and inquiries about our days activiyies and sightseeing ventures.  Sherry our hostess prepared breakfasts that were creative delicious and ample.,  Saturday evening guests are treated to a "happy hour" on the spacious veranda with local wines provided by the host.  We have stayed at B & Bs throuhout the country a
