Anna's Bed and Breakfast

Great stay! The owners are very nice. Room was comfortable and breakfast was delicious (despite a delay because the power was down in the area for a bit). Location is good too, just far enough out of town to be less busy without sacrificing convenience. We were able to walk to the Falls from here (30mins) We would happily stay here again!

This place we affectionately call Nana's.We felt right at home and suitably looked after.The accommodation was immaculate. Each morning started with a hearty breakfast.10 mins walk from the OLG stage venue and 20 minutes walk from the falls (don't believe the timings on the maps apps).Made to feel very welcome at the local bar too.Won't hesitate to stay at Anna's in the future.

I have no idea why this BNB is so highly rated. I can only presume there is a recent change in ownership. I showed up at the specified check-in time and the building was locked up and dark. No one answered the door. No one answered my texts or phone calls. I waited until 4:00. Over 1.5 hours later I received a message with instructions on how to enter the property. By then I had found alternate accommodations at a nearby Hotel. Now the host is claiming that I didn't even show up at all. It's bad enough that the host screwed up and inconvenienced me but to lie to booking.com about the circumstances of this reservation which they botched is inexcusable. Just admit you forgot you had a guest coming, which is exactly what happened. I would have accepted your apology. I wasn't going to

I loved this bed and breakfast situated within walking distance of Clifton Hill. They do a lovely cooked breakfast each morning and even have drinking chocolate. The room was very clean and provided bottles of water a fridge and a few treats on arrival. The only downside is you have to get a taxis there from the bus terminal as the buses to the place dont accept credit cards. The owner made me feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the Falls.

We've been staying here for a while—my son and I—and I just wanted to say thank you. The place was incredibly clean, and the breakfast was healthy and generous. All the guests at the time were quiet and respectful. I had quite a bit of luggage, and you kindly accommodated everything—even storing food that needed refrigeration. I truly appreciated it. I'm expressing my thanks now, though it's a bit late. I still vividly remember the host diligently cleaning after we checked out.
