Another Man's Treasure

The lady working here made me feel so unwelcome and wasn’t very kind. And you can tell she didn’t want to be there. I hope to see better customer service because my family and I vacation here every year for the past 10+ years. And thrifting is one of our favorite things to do here, and to support local businesses.

The lady who runs the show here and Mountian Treasures is rude she makes all of us feel like were stealing. I know she seen us sitting on the couch out side and took our clothes back and said she "didnt know if we stole em or not". Like really how many poeple are stealling the stuff she got for free any way? She obviously hates her job if shes telling a customer "this is why im going home poeple only want to spend a doller an hour" smh Follow up to the owners response I never once ask for any help from you so thats a lie Second i never tried on any clothes so your obviously making up stuff there another lie Yes you did make us feel like thrives you took my 9yr old neices clothes off the couch from out side and we over heard you telling your worker "i dont know if they were stealling

Exceptional thrift/retail store...one of the best I've seen‼️ Clean and orderly, great organized selection and the owner and employees are so nice and go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for. I travel and do lots of thrift store shopping in lots of areas...this is among the best of stores and experiences I've come across yet‼️ I give them 20 stars ⭐️

One of the workers was very rude to my family and even accusing my little cousin of stealing when she had bought the clothes already. She also accused one of my family members of ripping the tag off of something when the tag had already been off, then refused to sell it to her, she's always glaring at people, doesn't even greet anyone, and complains when people buy stuff like "oh my times getting wasted people buy things for like 1 dollar each hour" like why work there if you're gonna complain and be rude to everyone? She also warned us 3 minutes before closing time which SHE said was 4pm and then we checked later online and the closing time was 5pm? Like she rushed us out early, AND complained that we didn't spend enough and that we were wasting her time. Very rude person, for no reason.

Went in the owner was mean and nasty maybe she was having a bad day I don't know but I didn't like being treated like that whether as a customer or otherwise. I don't treat people like that don't expect to be treated like that.
