We came through the drive thru tonight and didn't get the young man's name. He had dark brown hair and glasses. What a great young man. He was super friendly and helpful. My family keeps talking about how we will make the Lavonia Arby's our go to place. Customer service is lacking nowadays and this man has our business. Thank you. 😊
Absolutely awesome…we went on Halloween about 6 o’clock. Super friendly staff and great food. Remember to join them for Friday night karaoke! They were singing “strawberry wine”…Super fun!
Always have great service and wonderful, fresh, hot food! The cashier always recommends something for us to try.
MAY 27, 2025: Purchased large size potato cake - so glad that they brought it back! Also purchased the barbecue brisket. About the third time, on the APP, with the special, BOGO..This time, DISAPPOINTMENT. Why? See my picture. The meat was cut like "shaved," Extremely thinly sliced - just like a roast beef sandwich. Last ones I purchased, the meat was sliced thick. I even compared mine to the internet pictures of the same. I will purchase again. Could be me. Thank goodness on the APP now. First visit was not; but, the second visit, they were! The Big Cheesy Bacon Burger is the best. What makes it better is the APP: Buy One, Get One Free! Unfortunately, the first visit did not allow for personal awards or special APP only awards. However, Arby's had 2 for $7 Fish sandwiches, and, you guess
I went this evening. It was slow. The girl took my order. I paid and got my food and left. I was in a hurry. So didn’t check my food. I got to my daughter’s house. Our fries were old and very cold. They were nasty. I started looking at my receipt. She changed me 61.00. We had 2 hot Thank you very ham Swiss sandwich meals. The are 9 something. She charged me for hot ham and Swiss wheat. I called Arby’s. The lady pulled up my receipt. She said they were busy right then and short handed. That they would get back to me tomorrow. The food has always been good. But the fries were terrible. I’ll be waiting
