Firefighter themed, locally owned & operated hidden gem of a spot! Enjoyed the biscuits & sausage gravy & some eggs 🍳 hashbrowns, & crispy bacon. 🥓 Thanks to the hostesses/waitresses for their welcoming hospitality, for ensuring our coffee ☕️ was always full, & for a returnable experience!

look im going to to try to be as fair as possible ... the fries have no seasoning nor salt ... everything on the menu has no flavor you have to smother it in bbq sauce just for the food to taste decent... for them to call this bbq is strictly an understatement.. I gave them 3 chances and each time its been a total disappointment.. the only thing decent is their baked beans and un seasoned steamed broccoli .. the meat is straight trash .

We went in and ate lunch today. Service was terrible. When we came in she was cussing and yelling at her child. Never made eye contacted, just yelled ill be there in a minute. Server rolled her eyes like it was a bother to serve us. Brought our food out and just slammed it down. Like we were dogs or something. Never came to see if we needed anything. Only us and one other couple in restaurant. Only asked anything when we were finished and then wanted to act all nice. Did NOT leave a tip and I hate that but I was not going yo reward that behavior. Will NOT go back and eat there again.

I order a lot from Backdraft. The BBQ is great and the customer service is top notch. Try the Samplers Platter and fried zucchini! Their Chef salads are also so good because you get real meat instead of cut up lunch meat like at other places. Also, breakfast is amazing. I ordered the Breakfast Sampler. They have a very well put menu and often run specials like meatloaf. Their menu is diverse so, it’s unlikely you won’t find something you’ll enjoy! It’s a good spot. This place is a must for any Firefighter or first responders. Small place, great food. I recommend the Brisket Baked Potato.. I would have taken a pic but it looked so delicious when she brought out order all I could do was eat. The collection of fire memorabilia is great inside & out. Don’t forget to save room for the homemade dessert.
