Subway

The two ladies working refused to put any extra toppings for anyone in the store even with 3 customers being very upset about it. I told them to charge me extra for jalapenos and bannana pepper and said they cant do that due to new managment rules. One of the ladies asking for extra toppings told them less than 4 months ago she worked for subway and had not heard of this rule before. Save your time and go to a better location. This was all the toppings they would put even after being told to over charge me.

I've very disappointed with this location. Over and over they get the same stuff wrong. I understand mistakes. I do not understand not learning and doing better. Over and over they give my kids these tinny sandwiches and then always wanna say they are sized right..... 4inch sandwiches look like this???? I was going to take them back up there because they claim that all sandwiches are measured before they go out. but i felt wrong taking the kids food that they already started. So they can see the photos here instead. Don't come for me I know my photos are bad. I'm not a photographer lol

Did an online order and requested in the special instructions to toast the green peppers and onions and they were not toasted. Cheese was not fully melted because they melted my other sandwich with it and it was 2 different types of sandwich. Which could’ve been a hazard if I or my boyfriend was allergic to something that was in the other sandwich plus cross contamination. I couldn’t take the sandwich back tonight because he had to work so they instructed me to keep the sandwich wrapped so that I can bring it back after I get off work tomorrow. They also informed me that there is no manager on duty so that means the are in violation.

I got a foot long the bacon each sub and two bags of chips the evening shift her name is MARNEY she works with a man at night . They charged me $30.00 for a foot long and did not inform me or the purchase and quoted me for $15.99 and still charged me the wrong price . I did not notice untie it posted the next day to my account . Horrible service and I would rather go to the subway in Crosby way better customer service.CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS.

I like the service, attention, and food, but the restroom cleaning could be improved( restrooms)
