I usually come here often, and I really like Baskin Robbins because I love ice cream. However, today I had an uncomfortable experience. The employee who served me was mopping late at night and did not wash her hands before scooping my ice cream. She used the same hands to serve it. I didn’t say anything at the time because I didn’t want to disrespect her in front of others, but I feel hygiene is very important, especially when serving food. I hope the management can look into this and ensure proper handwashing practices in the future. Thank you.
Worst Baskin Robbins experience I’ve ever had, and sadly it was at the Niagara Falls location. They refused to accept a valid coupon without giving any clear or reasonable explanation. No effort to help, no alternative offered, just a flat-out “no” with attitude. This is a tourist-heavy location where basic courtesy should be the bare minimum, yet the experience felt like customers are a burden rather than the reason the store exists. Ice cream is supposed to be a happy moment. This place managed to ruin it. Plenty of other dessert spots in Niagara Falls that actually respect customers. Avoid this location unless you enjoy bad service with your ice cream. 🍦❌
I’ll visit Baskin-Robbins in every city we go to because we don’t have one in Edmonton — and that needs to change! 🙏 Their Pralines and Cream is my absolute favorite — so creamy, sweet, and nostalgic. I love it so much. Please, bring Baskin-Robbins back to Edmonton!
I stopped in here for a late night sweets fix. I go to a LOT of ice cream shops, but I don’t think I’ve been to a Baskin Robbins in more than 10 years since there are none near where I live. I was really excited to check this one out. The person who took my order was pleasant, and that was really the only positive aspect of my visit. The selection was sparse, the prices were high, and the milkshake I got was probably the runniest shake I’ve ever had. My stomach was upset all night after drinking my shake. I probably should have thrown it in the trash instead of drinking it. I doubt I’ll ever go back. Considering how fondly I remember Baskin Robbins from back in the day I was completely dissatisfied.
I normally love Baskin Robbins, but this Niagara Falls location is the worst that I've been to. I stopped on the way from a walk with my girlfriend to enjoy a scoop. My mint chocolate chip ice cream tasted freezer burned. I couldn't let it go to waste, so I ate it, but I'll never stop at This location again.
