Baskin-Robbins

If I could give this Baskin Robbin’s zero stars, I would. By far the worst one I’ve ever been to. No wonder they’re closing down everywhere. The people who work there have no idea what is going on. Management is rude and unprofessional. Ordered a cake online that they have advertised, and got the run around when I went to pick it up. Apparently it was No where to be found even though they confirmed that was the right address. Must have showed them the order number and confirmation 6 times. I leave with nothing because I was told to come back the next day. Come back the next day, and they tell us “I don’t know why someone would tell you we make this when we don’t so you’re just going to have to get a refund since we don’t make this.” Thanks SO MUCH for ruining everything.

It took me less than 30 seconds to walk to the car and less than 30 seconds to take the video. I also specifically asked for a “thick” milkshake. Obviously you can get chocolate milk here but not a milkshake.

You can clean and update all you want, but that only goes so far. Was hoping with the update the service would be improved. Sadly, this is not the case. I gave 2 stars because 1 person was able to get their shake and it was great. Order was for 3 beach sundaes and a large shake. While ordering another worker named Abby took the ice cream away to clean the case. Didn't think anything of it until I was told we wouldn't be able to have what we wanted. When questioning Abby about the situation, she was unconcerned and stated management made the policy. I would have understood if the store was closing, but she stated they weren't for another 1.5 hours. Haven't been here in over a year due to poor service and here we are again going elsewhere.

Very helpfull and friendly staff! Clean and organized! Will stop here again!

Employee didn't use gloves when going into the Ice Cream Bin. Scoops were not proportionate properly. Used Dunkin Caramel instead of Baskin Caramel for my CapachinoBlast
