Dunkin'

Went here and had a cold brew made around 7 in the morning. Went inside due to the line being long. I didn’t try to drink until I was already driving, I was rushing to an appointment. The drink was horrible, tasted awful. I did drink most of it due to thinking I wouldn’t make it back, but I got out of my appointment early. I went back to have it remade and the manager “Koby” refused and was extremely rude to me in front of everyone. Would not recommend going here.

This is a great spot to grab breakfast, whether you’re in the mood for a full meal or just a quick coffee and donut like I usually get. The staff here are always so friendly and welcoming — they greet you with genuine smiles that instantly brighten your day. The service is quick and efficient, which makes it perfect for mornings when you’re on the go but still want something good. The coffee is fresh and flavorful, and the donuts are always soft and delicious. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do. Overall, it’s a clean, comfortable, and dependable place to start your morning off right.

Super rude workers here at 4pm not sure their names but they made the coffee super milky. And then proceeds to say a latte has milk in it like obviously still doesn’t mean it has to be milky. Then they were being rude to the older lady because they couldn’t understand her. I just feel like customer service jobs aren’t for everyone and they need better training on making coffee considering it’s a coffee shop.

Not much selection after 7pm I’ve been there twice and they are out of everything and your open until 10pm. Also you lost your quality the donuts seem old and stale. It’s not like Dunkin used to be in the 90s. Too bad!!!

I normally go to other Dunkin Donuts as this one's not on the way to work or home however I was out this way today and decided to stop by and get a dozen donuts. I have a card that allows me to buy half a dozen and get a half a dozen free so for under $6 I get a dozen donuts. And while that price is kind of high it's a pretty fair price compared to anywhere else you get a dozen donuts from. The donuts were fresh and tasted good however there are sortment of donuts has greatly decreased. They no longer carry my favorite which was the chocolate frosted cake donut. The staff was friendly and easy to deal with. My suggestion would be that they label the specialty Donuts that are not included in the regular Donut price because when you're ordering your donuts and you're picking them out there'
