B.F. Hiestand House Bed & Breakfast

Stayed 12/5/25-12/7/25 in the Vanderslice Suite. The room had a large bedroom, sitting room, large bathroom, and was very nice. Decorated very festively for the season and very clean. Dallas and Pam (owners) were absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Pam is a wonderful cook. My gf and I were in town to go to the National Christmas Center Museum. It was very close by. We also just drove around to check out the area. Very chill and relaxed atmosphere. I've never stayed in a bed and breakfast like this but it was definitely fun. If I had to stay overnight in the area again I would definitely stay at the B.F. Hiestand (pronounced Hee-Stand, haha).

My mom and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Victorian-style bed and breakfast. The house is full of character—warm, inviting, and beautifully maintained with lovely period details. My room was spotless and cozy, with all the modern comforts while still keeping the charm. |One highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast! Everything was fresh, delicious, and clearly made with care. From the cinnamon coffee cake to perfectly brewed coffee, it was the perfect start to the day.|The hosts were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. I can’t recommend this B&B enough—perfect for a relaxing time away.

You are in for a treat! A lovely, cozy alternative to the cookie cutter hotel, this gem is the perfect getaway. This 19th century dwelling is rich with dark wood that exudes an era of bygone luxury. Comfy bed, the well-appointed rooms have individual style designs. The details are exquisite. (Great spot for a wedding too.) Can't say enough about the proprietors, Pam and Dallas; so welcoming they felt like old friends. And they serve a mean breakfast too! So glad we stayed for two nights instead on one. Next time we're in the area, we'll be guests again!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Pam and Dallas were gracious hosts and Mac the super pup was an absolute treasure. Delicious breakfasts and top notch coffee. Relaxing and gorgeous in a quaint little town on the water. Looking forward to returning one day.

I was planning a trip with my senior dog and wanted to find a place that was good for easy walks and a stay that was cozy and dog-friendly. I booked here after seeing pictures and reading reviews and it turned out to be a great experience for us. Pam and Dallas were extremely welcoming and helpful. Their beautiful house is close to several trails with nice views. We had a full house that weekend and 3 of the rooms were returning guests, I think this speaks a lot. I absolutely loved the breakfast time with other guests. We started every morning sitting together, chatting and laughing, eating Pam's delicious food. Both me and my boy had a great time there. Tips: If you are bringing a big dog, or dogs who are not good with stairs, you want to check with Pam first to see if the cottage is avai
