Big Woods - Speedway

We visited here for first time and it was a great visit. The adult beverages are awesome as was the food. We had the pretzel absolutely the best I have ever had. The beer cheese was also great. We order the large hand tossed dough it was delicious. The staff were simply awesome, well trained and very helpful. The atmosphere is great and very clean and well maintained.

Great experience from the moment we arrived. The building was built without any cost skimping. Service was fantastic and food did not disappoint. Chili was good with the perfect amount of spice and wings were tasty with the perfect amount crisp. For the beer drinkers out there, do not miss an opportunity to try their Peanut Butter Porter!!!

Great service from the moment we walked in. We arrived around 5 pm on a Wednesday and it wasn't at all busy. We were immediately taken to a comfortable booth within a few minutes our server Jake arrived took our drink order, followed by food order when he brought the drinks. The Toasted Coconut Margarita was excellent. I had the Carnitas Bowl, the pulled pork, in spite of not appearing burnt, handling a burnt taste and was very dry. My wife had to pulled a pork sandwich and it was moist and tasty. It's a huge restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating. The oval bar when you walk in is massive, tons of taps on both sides. Super close to the speedway.

Big woods has a great atmosphere and the staff is great. I had their chicken pot pie and I found it a little on the dry side. It could have had some type of sauce or gravy in it. The flavor was there but it needed some sauce that you woulddind in a pot pie. This was my first time there, I will definitely go back and try something else.

No complaints. Went for lunch. The chicken sandwich, wings, and kids pizza were all good. Standard bar type food.
