Beautiful and very delicious cake made by Carmen. She provided great communication and quick responses. Ordered a 1 lb cake with all three flavors. We came from Bay Shore and it was 100% worth it to come out to Jamaica. It’s not your typical bakery, that’s how you know the cake is made with love. Highly recommend!!!

I usually don't write reviews, but I had to for this one because it was soooo good. I wanted a dominican cake que me transportara a mi país. I stumbled upon Carmen's business through a simple google search. I ordered a 1lb cake for my mother's birthday and gave Carmen very basic information and to let her imagination flow. Needless to say, I am delighted with the outcome. The cake was moist. La perfecta cantidad de suspiro/merengue. The guava filling was not overpowering, which I was impressed with and so satisfied. The Dominican pineapple cake was incredible. It tasted authentic, fresh, and perfectly made. The pineapple flavor came through beautifully without being overly sweet it had just the right balance. Every bite felt like it was made with love and real, quality ingredients. I was genuinely impressed, and I’ll definitely be recommending it to everyone. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out! Carmen is the way to go.

Señora Carmen has been making cakes for us for over a year, and she is simply the best. Her cakes are always incredibly moist and delicious—truly some of the best Dominican cakes we’ve ever had. Every cake is made with care, and you can tell how dedicated she is to her business and to making her customers happy. Beyond her amazing baking, she is also a very sweet and kind person.
