Bowled

Love bowled ! Ordered many times. This is my first bad experience. Today i was sent super crappy lettuce. Im not very picky but this was rough. Not sure how someone made the decision to use this lettuce. Had to just eat the toppings today.

Ordered the salmon salad bowl and chose to have the dressing “mixed in” rather than on the side. Only when I got home did I realize the bowl was positively drenched in ranch. Unreal.

I’ve been coming to this location since they opened. It’s now under new management and the açaí bowls are definitely better! Filled to the brim and everything fresh. Staff is super friendly and always accommodating. Highly recommend!

I fell in love with the La fiesta bowl at Albany’s Bowled. However, I was not driving to Albany when there is on in Latham. The shop was clean, staff was friendly. Plus, they’re having a sale buy 1 bowl gets one 50% off until 10/14/24. So I was happy about that. ANNNDD there’s a buy 10 bowls get the 11th free stamp card. So, I’m very happy at this point. Fast forward: I bought 2 bowls and asked for a second stamp and was told it’s per order not per bowl but was given the second stamp as a courtesy. I’m not sure why the card would say bowls and not orders, I think that’s confusing and misleading. Salad-bowls: my La Fiesta barely had any avocado in it, usually I find avocado chunks inside. I typically order from the bowled on Madison in Albany NY. And I have noticed a big portion difference. While the Madison location fills up the entire bowl and gives you WHOLE strawberries the Latham location did not. The portion was noticeably smaller and the strawberries were cut small and looked as if only 2 or 3 whole strawberries had been used. For it to have been 16 dollars I am extremely disappointed as all locations portions are not the same but the price remains equal. Hopefully you will work on this in the future.
