Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

This is my first visit to the New Location. I frequent Braums a few times a week for breakfast. The ladies were quick to greet me as I walked in. Montana and Rylee waited on us. They were all very happy and food was delivered hot and fresh. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. Overall a very professional seeting. I was please with the waitstaff as well as the overall cleanliness of the new location. Food was the right temperature and good quality. The FRESH MARKET was wonderful! This location even had the famous BRICK CHILI that has been missing at my other BRAUM'S locations! Will definitely return!

Just tried this new Braums location that just opened up in Westworth Village tonight. We dropped in for dinner. Got a couple of really good hamburgers. Made to order, fresh, great fries. Just a lot to like. Staff is fast, attentive, and kind. Seem happy to be there and they are crazy busy. The store just having opened, they are the new hotness right now. After our meal, we wandered over to the grocery store area and picked up a few favorites. Some Mint Choc ice cream, a loaf of buttermilk bread, and some smoked gouda cheese. Will happily, eagerly, be returning to this location time and time again. Braums has the best milk, the best ice cream, and the prices are very fair here. Highly recommend.

I went into this brand new store the other day and once again today, and even though it was super busy both times, the young blonde girl took care of me on both visits. She was incredibly patient while I placed an order for my family, even though we had no idea what we wanted. She took the time to explain the menu and help us decide, even with a line behind us. I really appreciated that she never seemed annoyed and stayed friendly and professional the whole time. Great customer service like that really stands out. Also very clean store, unlike the other surrounding stores in the area. New favorite Braum's. Great food!

I came in today and watched Kylie and Jillian on their hands and knees cleaning the baseboards and the walls. I don't know what you are paying these girls, but it is not enough. I've come in before, Kylie always makes my orders perfectly and quickly. Very sweet and attentive too. Whenever I see her at the register I always make sure I go and get something from her because I know it will be good and right. I one time came through the drive thru, forgot to order the kid something and came inside to order it, then the wife wanted a pint from the grocery part. All three of these Jillian took care of us. I don't think I've ever seen her stand still, and she still finds time to talk to us and make sure we are okay. Definitely my favorite Braum's employee. Used to go to camp bowie one, but West

I just wanted to say, to management. The only 2 working tonight, you handle yourself very professionally. Even when 15 people walked in, you did an amazing job. I work in this industry myself, and I know. How much a kick in the gut it can be. Just 2 rocking it out, my fries were hot and the food was tasty. Good job y'all, I will be back.
