Panera Bread

The staff was very friendly and I found the store to be very calm. I get it this is a Panera Bread location but at the end of the day, this chain is like a fast-food plus kind of vibe. It is not necessarily a sit-down restaurant but this location's environment can still give that overall peaceful atmosphere.

This is an exceptional place and my go-to spot in the area! The opening hours are great, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the prices are very reasonable. Most of all, the staff are fantastic. Anna has been especially helpful and gracious and deserves a raise!

I wouldn't write a review for one thing but at this point it's the second time the place has let me down. The other day it was early in the morning and apparently getting one drink ready took them 20+ minutes. They made me extremely late to a very important appointment and I had to drive off without my order because they didn't even bother to come to the window. 1 drink 20 minutes. What happened today wasn't as bad but it still bothers me when people do pointless things for a false sense of control. I get it, sometimes being corrected when getting something wrong hurts the ego, but not only am I not a rude person (and I can be if I wanted to) but I don't give people trouble. the girl at the window is usually very nice and attentive. I ordered ahead on the app and arrived 2 minutes after pick up time. I don’t understand why my bottom piece of bread is completely wet and the contents of my sandwich was so sloppily put together. This was honestly disgusting. Do not recommend.

Despite a regular turnover of employees at this location, service never seems to suffer. Management certainly deserves kudos for this. One of those managers is Terrance, who runs a fantastic store often in spite of staff shortages. We are fortunate to have such a well run establishment to frequent.
