Burger King

I don't usually review fast food places but this burger king was so nice I decided to! Excellent service nice updated clean environment with cool Halloween decorations! Great food ! The best burger king we've ever seen

I have to comment how pleasant and inviting Stephanie and Aiden were when we entered the store. An immediate welcome was unexpected, but she Provided one. Although we only ordered an oreo milkshake, You would think we were at a much more expensive food, establishment, where I’ve gotten worse service and paid more money. Edit: I have since returned to the store and want to sing out that Aiden, who was here this visit as well, Helped me navigate the app with expertise. This should be pointed out.

I was treated really poorly and disrespectfully at the window drive-thru. I called up to complain to the person on the phone. I was hung up three times on the phone. I contacted corporate and all the money I spent there God knows yes I am lazy, I will never spend another damn dime there again. I was treated so poorly I will just take my money and laziness to another store where I can pour my money into for food and be treated decently. Shame on these people and this manager. You're in customer service and you treat someone like this. It will be a cold day in hell if I visit your store and you're ignorant rude people!!

They got our oder basicly all wrong ordered one small and one medium meal and got 2 small drinks and 2 small fries, but paid for the medium and small! Just because people go through the drive through doesn't make them any less valuable as a customer.
