I come here about once a year with good experiences in the past. Not this time. Bar service was poor/inattentive with plenty of staff and a half empty bar. Took a while each time I needed something. Couple guys to my right left never being served. Guy to my right left upset. That the orange peeler fell on the floor and was put back for use was a turn-off. Attitude was positive though. Tacos were above average. Beer selection is fantastic.

I on occasion over the last several years because this location is convenient to my school and work. But I have to wait a few months between experiences to forget how underwhelmed I always am by the food, and then be reminded that the staff is not super friendly (im not sure if just to me, but I notice it every time.) Maybe they're just super busy and preoccupied, but that's my experience regardless of how full the establishment is. If youre eating there, I would stick with something simple like a salad and fries or a chicken sandwich... definitely don't try the creative cuisines LOL they will be dry and disappointingly bland. Staying in downtown Richmond tonight and stopped in. I had a cup of white bean chicken chili and 5 signature wings - both delicious and the wings had great flavour, not just heat. Huge draft selection and I had a Porter City porter from Chesapeak VA. I always try a local or regional beer when in town. Nice porter. Quick service at the bar. Check it out if you want quality bar food and obviously a huge beer selection. Cocktails I saw looked good and a decent wine selection.

David was my server tonight, and he was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about the menu, and was able to help me get the order that I wanted, Caesar, with the fried onion rings, fries, and the delicious Honduran brownie! I am a member and have frequently suggested for people to eat here!

This was our second time coming here and it did not disappoint! The Bavarian pretzel with beer cheese was great as well as our burgers. Our waiter, Sal, was absolutely wonderful and anticipated what we would like for our drinks, spot on! Thank you and Thank you Sal. (Also, thank you for your service Sal!!)
