Capital One Café

I didn't want to like this place because of randomly hating on greedy capitists and all but it's actually very nice. Kinda both the nicest bank and cafe you're likely to come across... And the coffee drinks are half price for card holders. There's not really anything bad I can say.

For a bank coffee shop, I am thoroughly impressed. They even have a parking lot designated for the customers in a really crowded part of town. I was able to get half off because I have a Capital One card. The coffee was pretty good. My son got a cookie and was happy. There was a lot of places to sit and work. Noce and wide open. It was a surprisingly nice time. Will definitely return and encourage friends to go there.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location, primarily due to my interaction with Chris. His attitude was very rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional throughout our interaction. Instead of being helpful, he came across as dismissive and seemed irritated by simple questions, which made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. Customer service should make customers feel respected and valued, but unfortunately that was not the case here. Because of this interaction, I do not feel comfortable returning to this location and will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope management addresses this behavior so future customers are treated with the professionalism and courtesy they deserve.

It is a unique experience. It is just a bank feels you lucky and proud. I have been using capital one venture for a while and so far everything was perfect. Customer service is always responsive and nice. This cafe/bank concept is great idea. We did our deposit using atm and just drunk our coffees. I loved the design of the place. Especially, the meeting rooms bar top where you sit just near the window on the second floor. Prices are also reasonable. I loved this place and everything with capital one service!

I discovered this place late because it’s rate wasn’t high enough to attract me. But i live it here now!! Can you recommend another place in Richmond that is open until 7:00 PM, located in a central area like Carytown, has lots of seating, serves delicious coffee, matcha, and tea, and offers a 50% discount on drinks if you have a Capital One credit card? I couldn't find another place.
