Capital One Café

I can evaluate the food because we did not try any. We did however try the coffee. Veterans/Active Duty with ID get a free coffee. We had the Maple Cinnamon Latte which was not overly sweet at all. I wanna say, Lissett and Patricia, did an awesome job in welcoming us in. They should be commended. They provided a warm smile and welcoming feeling. Nice place to meet for business or to just have coffee and read and relax. Atmosphere was very inviting. Recommend this place to anyone wanting some Java/Coffee/Latte and some snack food. Not loud at all, with plenty of room. Price was comparable to those in the area.

I loveeeee this cafe! The staff and ambassadors are so nice and are always helpful. The atmosphere here is amazing to study in and the food and drinks are incredible! If you ever want breakfast here get the avocado toast, it’s delicious! Also, if you’re a discover or capital one card holder, you’ll get 50% off of drinks, such an amazing deal. Overall this is my favorite cafe to study in!

Great spot to work. I do have access to the nooks which are amazing to be able to have a private work space. But my main point is to say this is one of the few places in SAT that actually makes GOOD matcha. I’m talking great color, flavor, and enough quantity of matcha in a drink to be able to really taste it. I get an iced matcha latte with no sweetener and it is amazing. So if you like real matcha, try it out.

Nice ambiance and the baristas are really nice here. It's located inside the shops at La cantera. Parking can be a real pain because it can get crowded for the other stores. But the nice thing is if you have a Capital One or Discover card you get half off drinks and I think that there's promotions for students to get discounts on drinks on certain days. The brand ambassadors for Capital One that walk around are super friendly. Nice place to grab a coffee drink and if you do remote work or need to do school work, there's plenty of seating and plugs with good Wi-Fi and there's even private little study rooms or group meeting rooms where you can work in peace if you reserve them. The Capital One Café at La Cantera is always my go-to spot, whether I’m working or just taking a break. Today, I ordered the breakfast club with bacon on a brioche bun, along with a power yogurt bowl and a cappuccino, and everything was absolutely delicious. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served in a timely manner. The atmosphere is perfect for getting work done or relaxing, and the baristas are incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s always a pleasure to stop by!
