$7.49 for 5 pieces of chicken, and THIS is what I get? One of these two tiny pieces is only breading, no chicken. The manager was otherwise quite polite, but her response was "Mhm. *nods* Mhm, I can drop you some more but I can't promise they'll be any different because this is what they give us." She's doing what she can with the hand she's been dealt - this is a Carl's Jr or their supplier problem. They also still have Churro shakes available for order on the online ordering version accessible through the Love's app.

Gave this place a try despite the other reviews. Food was cold and was wrong and didn’t taste good at all. The soda machine was flat of all drinks, had to go next door to get a drink. Overall just wasn’t the best experience.

I've had better burgers that were sitting all day under a heat lamp. Western burger, onion rings was hard and fries was old. If you have to eat here just get some grub from Loves next door.

I understand things are sometimes hard to keep up with..but i saw plenty of staff and 2 managers. It seems they were having trouble keeping up. The service was service...nothing more nothing less. Lots of customers waiting. My Sourdough burger and fries were directly on point though.....that to me was most important and not expected. *UPDATE* I returned and it seemed they had totally regrouped. Seems like they had had some kind of set back cause the place was close the night b4 my first visit. I was totally happy with the service, food and the quickness..the cashier was helping customers with there orders and was knowledgeable about the menu....this time there was no line . They charged my bank card a extra $5.00. Was supposed to be $11.?? And the took out $16.?? Make sure to always get a receipt. Can't trust anyone no a days. Their sausage gray and biscuits was awesome though.
