I had came for dinner with my wife for the free burger day. As we are enjoying our meal with a conversation my wife and I had witnessed an older woman scream at what I assume is her employee to clean the bathroom. The young lady proceeded to walk to the bathroom cleaning supplies like a sad puppy. This is no way to speak to your employees, especially with many guests at your establishment.

They ripped me off, I ordered a double star burger with cheese and a medium fry, roughly 15 bucks got home and the burger was a single. Try to call them no one will pick up the phone. What is scam check your food before you leave that place. You guys owe me some money and I will come get it.

I showed up with a mostly empty wallet. I was buying my kids food. The manager sent me away with free food. The coolest thing ever. I was able to scrounge up 19 bucks. So I put that towards the people behind me in hopes to keep the positive vibes going at this location.

$4 for a glass of water $9 for a chicken sandwich Nothing else. That’s it. I just got done with a 3 hour medical procedure & needed a glass of water & some food in my stomach. FOUR DOLLARS FOR A GLASS OF WATER!!! I will never eat at a Carl’s Jr. again

Just left the drive-thru lane, we were the only customers. Brisa was getting irritated over the slightest things when we were figuring out what to order. Responding short to us changing our mind on a few things. We asked if they could please replace our drink since it tasted off, and once we received our order, they immediately closed the window and walked away seemingly very annoyed. Sucks to get trash customer service.
