Central Tacoma Homestay -private room-

We had a great time! Our room was clean and came with all kinds of thoughtful touches. Breakfast included is a great bonus. Made our weekend at the convention center so easy! A beautiful and safe location, but still close to all the downtown amenities. We loved our kitty visitors as well, made us feel at home 🩷. Hosts were amazing, we would definitely stay again!

We stayed in this property for one night. It was different from the accommodation that we reserved. Specifically, it had a shared bathroom whereas our booking clearly stated that we would have a private bathroom. In fact, the first item in the room description was 'private bathroom'.||||I would never have booked there if I had known that we would have to share a bathroom. I would never choose to stay in a property where I had to share a bathroom with strangers.||||The property owner made some excuses that I cannot confirm independently. He suggested that we leave and find somewhere else for a full refund. We declined as it was totally impractical to start searching around at that time.||||He also told us that he had emailed me about the change; I can find no record of the alleged email. ||

It's the closest to being at home you can get. Everything l and anything you could possibly want or need is readily available for your use. Pristine describes the room we stayed in. Immaculately furnished and stocked with toiletries for use of needed. Appreciate their hospitality and how they put so much care into ensuring you have the most pleasant stay possible. My husband and I stayed one night, in the Mt. rainier bedroom. The location is great, the house is organized, and the room we stayed in was clean. In the house rule binder it says quiet time is at 11pm. That was not the case! Someone upstairs was not being considerate of us sleeping down stairs. They had three cats but the sound of cats walking/running sounds different than a person running and stomping up and down the stairs. It kept us up, so that is why I am giving a 3 star. If the owners see this post today, hopefully they can talk to the person sleeping right above the rainier room, that they need to be mindful of people downstairs.
