Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

I am never fond of writing a poor experience review, but if it is warranted, it's important! We went to the Cheddar's location near Nebraska Furniture Mart. It was quite busy, but we were still seated right away; that was nice! The server took our drink order right away, but kept repeating something different from what was said. My husband ordered, "I'll have a draft Modello," and the server said, "Budweiser?" - 3 times! We later learned that they don't have Modello on draft.... she should have told us. I ordered water with Lemon & no ice. She brought the Modello (in a bottle), water (full of ice), and no lemon. The sweet tea was not sweet, and it was very cloudy... When we mentioned it to the server, she argued that it WAS, in fact, sweet tea (it was not), but she brought out another g

Southern comfort food is a staple here. From the greeting from the front end to the waiter (Kendrick) this lunch was awesome. I had meatloaf with brown gravy, simply the best. It has this unique crispy edge that creates a love texture in your mouth. A+ for sure!

I love Cheddars, but I most likely will not be returning to this location. The host and our server were so shy and awkward and soft spoken, could not understand a word they were saying. If you work in customer service it's pretty important that you can clearly and effectively speak to people. Food was ok. I got the cajun pasta and there was skin still on the onions. Ordered a tall beer and expected that to be a 16 oz glass but only got a 12 oz bottle but was only charged for the bottle so I guess thats fine. Overall not really a great or memorable experience. The Allen location is way better sorry.

Food was really good! The pot pie was phenomenal! The painkiller was yummy and strong! Our waiter Nick was awesome!

Arrived at cheddar at 3:23pm TODAY (1/15/2026) to pick up my curbside order... After checking in and waiting 10 minutes I checked in again by placing a courtesy call into the store... after waiting an additional 5 for csr to bring my order to the car...I'm guessing the wait was bc the rep needed a smoke break.. because shortly after handing me my hand.. He did just that.. I received an order that appeared to be over cooked & smoothed in Cajun Sauce.. I'm assuming to mask the fact that the sausages we're over cooked.. The chicken was extremely tough to cut/peel apart & the entire meal tasted as if it had been sitting for hours.. Very disappointed in the quality of the meal....
