Family owned and attention to everything that matters! Love this little town I live in. Cheery Street is a great place to grab breakfast and its right down the street. Simple homemade favorites that feel different because the ingredients are fresh and its all made from scratch. Thank you for amazing food, a great staff and a calming and inviting environment.

Cherry Street Diner was a very pleasant surprise as I was passing through town. This is an excellent, multi-generation family diner. My omelet was great and their home fries were outstanding. The menu is very straightforward in a good way. Fun fact: the salad bar was fully stocked at 9:50 am 🤷🏻

Stopped in after taking my kids to Slate Run Farm. I love checking out diners. The food was fast and the kids loved their food. Ordered a basic cheeseburger. Solid taste. Not over done. Portions could be bigger but loved the place. Great spot to visit if you are in the area.

Good, solid diner menu. Lots of different burger toppings. We stopped in for a late lunch. Grilled cheese was perfectly done but appeared to have 1 slice of cheese. Cole slaw had a nice kick. Onion rings were small, probably from frozen. The chicken sandwich was more generous, nice slices of tomatoes and crisp lettuce, along with crisp fries. Decor is eclectic, and there's a model train on a track suspended from ceiling. (Why not run it?) Tables widely spaced apart (Covid?) And there are old fashioned stools at counter. But the best part was the terrific server. There weren't a lot of patrons, but she refilled our ice teas without asking and was friendly without being obsequious. Definitely worth a stop. And we heard they have pie!
