Chez Kajoli au Camping St-Basile Bouffe Maison - Meilleur poutine d'Edmundston

We stayed at the days inn edmunston on our way back to Montreal and were looking for a good inexpensive restaurant around. We very luckily stumbled on chez Kajoli and were provided a fantastic meal at a very reasonable price. We also got to meet the lovely owners of the campground and restaurant who were extremely warm and welcoming. Thanks for the great meal and allowing our children to burn off some steam on the inflatables and other children's toys that were available at the campground. We'll definitely be back!

We were heading East and looking for a good stop for food. Even though it was 15 min to close they took us in and served some fabulous burgers. Definitely recommend and would stop in again.

We are passing through and decided to stay the night here instead of a hotel as we just need to sleep a bit. We tried their restaurant Chez Kajoli. Wow.. so impressed. The family is lovely , Cassandra is a true chef. Her Caprese salad made me think I was in Italy and her sweet potatoes fries were perfect crisp on the outside and soft in the inside. My husband tried the poutines and was not disappointed. Our campsite is quiet and near a trail that leads you to a beautiful waterfall and stream. Definitely will stop here on the return drive back. Love it!

Cassandra and her family were wonderful hosts. The campground was clean neat and the trailer we rented from them was everything we needed with extras, and we even had a TV. The restaurant was excellent food, reasonably priced and excellent service. We will be back again when we’re passing by.
