Chili's Grill & Bar

Had the “three for me” for $10.99. Salad, Smash Burger & Fires ( can’t beat the price) My wife hade the 6oz. Sirloin with loaded mashed potatoes and Broccoli. Food was good atmosphere was cozy, wait staff was attentive and the restaurant was clean. Can’t beat the value for two of us with tip under $50. Always consistent nothing bad to say.

We visited here on a very busy Saturday night a couple of weeks ago. It was our first time in many years, but we had heard great things and were curious to see for ourselves. The parking lot was completely full when we arrived around 5:00 and the place was packed. We were surprised as it was still relatively early. My husband dropped me at the entrance while he searched for a spot. It was about a 20 minute wait before we were seated. As I said, it was pretty busy but not off the charts crazy with noise. Our waiter was very patient and kind considering the crowds (perhaps this is their typical Saturday night and he is used to it). He refilled drinks regularly and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Based upon service, it was a great visit. Having not been here for awhile

Our server Ivan was somewhat attentive, the Broccoli was not, it had mold on it and my wife, who loves broccolli refused to eat it we told our server who seemed indifferent to the issue. Unable to use our Chili's gift card after our server Ivan ran it and said it had no money on it, I called the number on the back of the card to indeed verify that there was plenty of money on the gift card. I ended using my own C C to pay for it due to his inability to get the card to work. I thought that there was something strange going on regarding the gift card when he told us it wasn't working and indeed the gift card had money on it so I don't know what was going on with that. Ivan was a decent fellow however his strong accent made it difficult to understand what he was saying and he spoke so fast

Gross found a foreign object in my food. Was completely turned off!!! Manager Jake asked me to email a picture, then claims it was “hard avocado, that didn’t get broken down” Regardless, how is a customer to know this?? Was told by him I would receive refund and a courtesy card as I wasn’t eating my meal as I was turned off. Never got a refund, Called and got an ATTITUDE from Jake! Someone else can have this $10 cause I WONT BE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We’re semi-regulars at chilis and like to return every few months. But this visit kind of just missed the mark in terms of food and service. Our waiter was very inattentive and just didn’t really check in on us. And my boneless wings were pretty undercooked and just lacking in the crisp department. For going on a Sunday decently later and missing the main dinner rush, I’m disappointed in our service. The mozzarella sticks were still good as always, and my big mouth bites were good. My boyfriends though had no caramelized onions or bacon at all which was weird as mine had a ton. We got a free appetizer of chips and salsa which definitely started us off right but id say our time here was just mediocre this time around. Hoping next time it’s a bit better!
