Chipotle Mexican Grill

Absolutely disgusting! We ordered a kid's quesadilla that was completely inedible and smelled bad. I ordered a salad and it was all rice. I called customer service and they said they would "let the store know." I asked if they knew the store and they didn't. When I said I would tell them the store, he hung up on me. Grubhub has them at a 4.9 rating which is so misleading when yelp and google had them around 2 stars. If I had read those reviews, I would not have ordered. Chipotle should be ashamed. Not sure how they pass food inspections.

DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH. I witnessed an employee come out of the bathroom after cleaning it, with a full bag of trash in his ungloved hand. He proceeded to toss the bag in a trash can near the soft drink machine. He then immediately stepped up to the register - without washing his hands and attempted to bag up my food. I called him out before he could even touch my order and told him that I saw him come out of the bathroom after clearly cleaning it. He then lied to my face and said he washed his hands, and I told him I watched him as he didn’t wash his hands after tossing the bathroom trash. The employee got mad , didn’t say a word and walked to the back. No one else said anything, there was no management around. It was disgusting and I’m glad I caught it but I can’t imag

Not our usual location to visit, but we were greeted by two employees at the same time and served promptly. The restaurant itself was booming—even with at least 10 employees on staff around 6:15 p.m. Our local Chipotle is never anywhere near this busy. What I really appreciated was the temperature inside. During the winter, about 95% of Chipotle locations feel cold when dining in due to the layout and how the entrance lets in cold air—something I’ve even complained about at our local spot. This location, however, was warm and comfortable, making it easy to enjoy our meal without keeping our jackets on. Keep up the good work!

I am absolutley done with this Chipotle location and maybe Chipotle in general. Staff was extremely rude acting like I am forcing him to work there, wouldnt make eye contact just barking orders at me "what do you want?". Store was dirty with trash everywhere and the food was terrible. Barbacoa was all fat and the soupy undrained beans made it absolutley disgusting to eat. There are way better places to spend $12 with better food and customer experience. Dont let them keep exploiting you

The food is as always, superb! The difference here is the staff, and their training. Honestly, they are all so good and personable. I went in to use a discount emailed to me, but couldn't remember my log in on the app to use. They gave the discount anyway, simply seeing the email. /Blown away. Great place, amazing staff.
