Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the absolute worst Chipotle location! The beef jerky like meat they gave us in this pictured bowl is supposed to be the “tender” carne asada. I can’t believe anyone looking at this meat would think it was ok to serve. We have been to this location multiple times and it is always a disaster. I usually do mobile ordering so don’t realize the order is wrong until I get home. Every single time, they are out of fajita veggies and twice they were out of cheese. Maybe make more if this continues to happen? And, we are not going in there late, this is at 5/5:30. One time when they were out of the cheese, customers were getting mad and the poor employees were so stressed out. Then the manager came out and started cursing and screaming at the employees. This location is filthy. In their defense almost every Chipotle in PA is an absolute mess. Food all over the tables and floors. They only had warm bottles of water for some reason. They gave me a cup to get water at the soda machine… no ice in the machine. Food in the trays that they serve from looked old and crusty. Server did not speak English she could only get the food in the bowl by pointing. Why did I eat here? I’m on a keto diet and it’s difficult to find high protein bowls like what they serve when on the road. But after many horrendous experiences with this brand I think it’s time to move on and not give any location the benefit of the doubt. This used to be a stellar place to grab fast food, but their employees seem to lack management and leadership.

Have had some pretty horrible Chipotle experiences, but this one was by far the worst. Ended up cancelling my online order after waiting for 30 mins and it still hadn’t started. Not sure if it was the manager’s first day or he just wanted to get fired, but thank god he had his AirPods in to get him through his rough shift. Couldn’t even spell “online only” correctly on the notebook paper on the door. Place is an absolute dump. I’d recommend the powers that be at Chipotle shut down this store immediately to preserve what little positive public image they have left. Just go to Chick Fil A next door.

Had a wonderful experience at this Chipotle today! The gentlemen working were personable and really added to the experience. In recent years the Chipotle stores around us seem to be going downhill, so coming here was a pleasant surprise. Food was good, portion sizes were fantastic, and staff were the best. Kudos to the young gentlemen working here!

I’ve been to a few different chipotle locations and this is by far the worst. It’s a shame because this location is the closest to my house and I go there all the time. But I’ll start going someplace else. This one is dirty, service is bad. People working there do not seem to have a minimum sense of customer service. Today was the worst. Tried to order online and they didn’t have chicken or tortillas ! Unbelievable. On the flip side the Chipotle on Swedesford road just a few miles away is amazing, people there really care and the place is clean, food is good. Chipotle corporate please do a better job in driving consistency across the stores. A mystery shopper program would give you a lot of insight on why this location is bad.
