Cicis Pizza

Parking was easy tons of parking. Buffet line was horrible, pizza looks old. After a few slices of nasty pizza. I decided to order one to see if there is a difference. Took a few mins for someone to even ask what I needed while I was at the Buffet line, even though there was probably 10 employees just standing around. I ordered a pizza at 6:40 pm, i walked up there at 7:05 too see if it was ready and it was already up there. So why give me a pager if your not going to let me know that it's ready. The one thing I did see is not one person with a hair net. Some of them were grabbing there hair and playing with it and then messing with the pizza. Good stuff. I'm not really reviewing the pizza as I didn't have much. Mostly I'm happy to have a salad bar in town, I also added salad veggies to my pasta and both sauces (marinara and alfredo), I liked it. The cheesy bread sticks and desserts were great. The two times I've been there I got lots of friendly "hello"s when I walked in and someone picked up my dirty plates throughout my meal. Buffet was well stocked and fresh. Only things I wished they had was spring mix lettuce (or spinach) along with the iceberg lettuce, a bigger salad bar in general, and the pizzas cut into smaller slices (I just wanted a little bit of this and that). I had one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time at this Cicis Pizza location. The entire place felt poorly managed from the moment we walked in. I came in on a Sunday evening. First, the employees didn’t greet us at all. Instead, they just stared at us like we were inconveniencing them by showing up. Customer service or training clearly isn’t a priority here. The buffet was extremely disappointing. There were barely any pizzas available, and the few that were out were unappetizing combinations like BBQ pizza and ranch pizza. For a pizza buffet, the lack of normal, basic options was ridiculous. Nothing looked fresh or worth eating. It looked like it had been sitting out for hours. My family has visited this location a few times and each time it gets worse. After today we won't be going to this location. When we arrived and went to the salad bar, it was very noticeable the salad was old and my husband asked if fresh salad can be put out. They did change the salad, and when I went to get some i noticed it was not much different then what was previously in there, and the mushrooms you could tell had been sitting out for a while all browned, the croutons were stale and the ranch was not cicis ranch. Completely different and thicker. Did not taste the same at all. Now the pizza, ALL you could tell had been out for a while. And they only had the variety pizza and one pepperoni pizza. New location so it was exceptionally clean. The pizza rotation was really quick and all the pizzas were very tasty as well.
