Cinnabon

I have never had a bad experience here. But, I finally decided to put in my review. Although I always order the Large Warm Caramel Cinnabon, and only sometimes with a fantastic drink. It is always warm, soft, and flavorful even after arriving home... ooey, gooey. The service is also the way that it should be done and I had no complaints. My child who has a big appetite also really enjoyed and devoured their warm caramel cinnabons right away too...lol. I would like the photos to only speak for themselves. And, it keeps me coming here along with a craving for more. It has made the day! Thanks Cinnabon in Bay Plaza!

I came here tonight to get a classic cinnabon . The guy who made my order licked his fingers to pick up my plastic bag. I had no choice but to walk away without my cinnabon its absolutely disgusting . Putting your fingers in your mouth and dealing with people’s food is an absolute nightmare . Disgusting

There’s a cashier (older African American male) and has soo much dirt under his long nails that it’s almost black. Why is he allowed to work around food like that?!

Employees were really kind to me. The only reason for 4 stars is because bay plaza is a high traffic mall so hard to get through. I asked for a Cinnabon with caramel and nuts and employees put a good amount. Employees were kind to me and offered a variety of drinks. I hope to be back soon. The place was also clean

How I order on Uber eats for 1 regular cinnamon bon the chocolate bonbon bites and 3. Cinnamon buns Carmel and pecan and they sent me 1 regular cinnamon bon 1 chocolate bonbon bites. But charged me 42.00 this is ridiculous do you not pay attention to your Uber eats????? Oh I guess you charge 8.36 per one side of pecan cause that is what was in the bag
