Collin Street Bakery - I-20 Lindale

Awesome bakery with even more awesome people working there. Kathy and Alyssa were super helpful for my first visit, patiently guiding me through the many delicious offerings. They helped me pick out some great treats to take for my team on a Monday morning. Huge blessing and highly recommended!

A must stop when traveling on I-20 It's easy on and easy off and a plus with a gas station across the street. The selection from the bakery is always amazing. We usually by a selection of cookies for around $20 The cookies average about .80 cents each if you would like less. I can honestly say I've never had anything bad from here. They also have a storied history as they started out as a fruitcake company. Stop in

This place is a hidden gem!!! Known for it's fruit cake. We had their fresh peach turnovers which were the BEST we ever had. They were so fresh and delicious! We will definitely be back. Coffee was good too. This bakery seems to have something for everyone; both sweet and savory. We cannot wait to try more.

I have loved Collin Street Bakery products for years and have even mail ordered. We were pleasantly surprised to find this on a trip across Texas. You have to stop! Whether you like fruitcake or not, they have plenty of other delicious bakery goods, breads, coffee, deli and snacks. Try some free samples. It was hard to select from all the choices, but we left with a some cheesecake, lattes and a cherry 🍒 fudge pecan cake. ❤️

Absolutely adorable and surprisingly big from inside with plenty of mouth watering options. We stumbled upon this as this is adjacent to a Tesla Supercharging station. We loved their hand crafted cold coffee, pacn pie and other sweet offerings. Rest room and sitting area was very clean
