I’ve been to 49 states, so I know good food when I see it. The Copper Top is one of those rare places where a single plate will have you feeling full and satisfied. The food is genuinely excellent. You can order straight from the menu, or—if you’re there at lunch—they bring out the bar alongside the menu, so you’ve got options. Everything was fresh, and the staff were so friendly you’d swear they were family. That kind of atmosphere is hard to find these days. I’m definitely coming back—next time I’m trying that strawberry cobbler. If you’re passing through Stevenson on Hwy 72, do yourself a favor and stop in. It’s worth it.

The Copper Top is a great little restaurant just minutes from the highway. It is well worth the stop and my wife and I will repeat. This was our first time here and both the service and food are wonderful. If you are looking for a non-chain restaurant you must stop here.

Stopped at the cutest little place today doe lunch today. Copper Top Restaurant, Inc.is off the beaten path but totally worth the detour off the main highway. The food was delicious and the chicken was so tender! Our waiter Steve was so funny and so nice. My husband and I both left stuffed and took more with us. Cannot beat the food, the price, and the company!!!

Awesome breakfast! The pork cutlets were fantastic; so was country ham. Sausage Gravy was great. Reasonable prices and great service. My new favorite place near Bridgeport, AL!

My husband, kids, and I had dinner here. The restaurant was decorated like a log cabin with the exception of the floors. This was our first time eating at the Cooper Top Restaurant, we were not disappointed. My husband had the pulled pork sandwich with tater tots. My kids had chicken strips and tater tots. I had the BBQ stuffed baked potato and pinto beans. My husband said his pulled pork sandwich was good, but he couldn’t taste smoke flavor. He also said that the pulled pork was moist. My husband enjoyed the tater tots because they were very crispy and crunchy. Our boys also liked their tater tots.
