Cowboys Bar -B-Q Station

This seems to be the place to go if you want BBQ. Amazing food and friendly people. You have to order at a window outside, then decide if you’re eating inside or getting it to go. They have the normal menu and rotating specials. Only open limited hours a few days a week, so make sure to plan ahead.

This is the nastiest tasting loaded baked potato with chopped brisket i have ever eaten they should be a shamed to even serve this. believe me, I am not even a picky eater but this was just so gross I couldn't even eat it waste of money 🙄.... Wish I could post a picture but it was not letting me😫

I tried Cowboys for the first time today. I ordered the 3 meat plate consisting of brisket 1 pork rib and 1 link of sausage with beans and potato salad as sides. The plate also included 2 slices of bread with onions and pickles as well. The wife ordered the carne guisada plate which also came with the same sides and Mexican rice. The brisket was super tender but lacked a little flavor. The pork rib was delicious and fall off the bone. I enjoyed the sausage and sides as well. The wife enjoyed the carne guisada but wasn't able to finish it so I helped her a bit lol. The carne guisada was really tender as well and the Mexican rice was great. We ordered the food to go so I really can't comment on the atmosphere.

For a quick stop while passing through. Everything was so delicious. If I could I'd stop by every day!! Really enjoyed it all!!

Great BBQ and team! A long time local favorite for a reason. The sliced brisket sandwich was fantastic.
