Crocket Smoked BBQ catered my wedding, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The food was absolutely incredible — the smoked chicken was juicy and full of flavor, the pulled pork was perfectly tender, and the macaroni and cheese was rich, creamy, and a huge hit with all of our guests. Even the side salad was fresh and crisp, balancing everything out perfectly. Beyond the food, the service was professional, smooth, and stress-free, which made such a difference on such an important day. Our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was! What a great find! We were driving by and smelled the smoke and had to stop. Barbecue in. America is a craft and a labor of love. I always love finding the small spots with a pull behind offset smoker on the side of the road. It truly ends up being some of the best food in the country. I had a chance to talk to the owner and when I say a labor of love it is true. This man has a full-time job and still comes out on the weekends with no sleep to provide great barbecue. My friend and I literally ate it on the trunk of her car. And was not disappointed. I ordered brisket with mac and cheese and the cheesy potatoes and then I ordered another plate of the country ribs with coleslaw and baked beans. Love bbq beef is soft moisture. Also mac and cheese pretty good.

I just had the pork mac and cheese and even without putting any sauce on it was so flavorful and delicious highly recommend
