Croc's Poolside Bar and Grill

We had the absolute pleasure of being taken care of by Fiona at the main pool, and she was truly incredible. She was warm, attentive, and so easy to talk to. She checked in on my family and me often, made sure we always had what we needed, and added such a positive energy to our day. Fiona is a gem, the Omni is lucky to have her! Highly recommend asking for her if you’re at the pool

Had a late afternoon bite here. The atmosphere was perfectly relaxing, and the wait staff was notably attentive and excellent. The food was just okay, nothing special, but serviceable. Be prepared for high resort prices; it's definitely on the expensive side. The Verdict: A great choice for convenience and a truly relaxing experience right by the pool, if you don't mind the premium price tag. We came on a low attendance day, so your mileage may vary when it’s busy.

Tuan is the reason we keep coming back. 5 star service great personality. He’s fun and inviting and makes great drinks!

Best bartenders (Ruben, Tuan, and Diego were especially great) in the area. The manager Maria was super friendly. If you are staying at Omni this place is where you wanna go for the daytime.
