Posting this on behalf of a friend. She chose Dan’s office based on her realtor’s recommendation to complete the paperwork for purchasing a house in Delta. However, during the signing appointment, Dan’s demeanor was condescending — as if he were her boss and she was there to work for him. She left feeling like he was doing her a favour rather than providing a professional service. His attitude came across more like that of a traditional bureaucrat who sees himself as the ultimate authority on home purchases in the city.
