I’ve been trying for months/since last year to receive my digital credly badges for the classes I’ve taken with them finally giving me two today but still missing a lot more.
I recently had an unfortunate experience at the DOD office. The lady assisting us was unhelpful, providing minimal information and repeatedly stating she didn't know. Despite having an appointment, her demeanor was disrespectful, marked by strange looks and an unaccommodating attitude. As a family member of several who served this country, I felt disrespected. She hurriedly escorted us out without addressing my questions. Improvement in customer service is crucial for a more positive experience.
