I’m so glad they offer teledoc visits. I was too sick to leave the house but was still able to do my whole visit over the phone and get prescriptions sent in. Loraine was very knowledgeable and listened to me. Thank you

DONT COME HERE for sick visits they take FOREVER. u call them tell them u got a sick visit n u want an appointment they say okay walk ins okay now 3 hours later still here in waiting room. not a happy camper

This is an honest opinion of the facility. I was taking my infant and elderly mother to this facility but I've had to leave. The office itself is not kept. There are stains on the walls, ceilings and the infant waiting room is never clean. The chairs have accumulated thick dust and the carpet is dirty. I personally wipe down the chairs in the waiting room before sitting down and not dare let me infant touch anything. Once you are in a room to be seen there is no air circulation. It gets stuffy and hot quickly, especially when you've been waiting an hour to be seen. They have a nurse that walks around in flip flops which I think is highly unsanitary and I hope she doesn't ever have to draw blood at anytime. If I could I would rate this place 0, front desk person it’s so rude and I am disappointed her been Hispanic and been rude to her own community. She was talking to her coworkers and she saw my sister and I standing their and ignored us. Until a nice back person came and told her we were standing their even tho she knew we where their. I showed her my sister insurance number and still wanted us to pay visit, my sister has insurances but didn’t received her card yet. She was rude and not understandable at all even we had the insurance number. This is why so many people rather make a hr drive to better treatment. It doesn’t cost nothing to be nice and great people not even that.

I am personally very happy with this dr, his staff, and office. I have been seeing him as my PC for going on 20 years and the whole staff always goes above and beyond to see me when I need to get in and always jump through hoops with my insurance company. The office is always very clean and professional. In all myself nor any family or friends I have sent to him have every had a complaint.
